If you happen to experience a reaction to our full-sized skincare (as all skin is unique and reacts differently to various ingredients) you have 30 DAYS for a full refund or exchange, with proof of purchase (receipt), excludes sample/trial sizes.
If purchased from our online store, Pura is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. If purchased from one of our stockists, the product must be returned to them for refund or exchange.
With a gift receipt you may exchange your products or be issued a gift card only.
We take special care to ensure our products are carefully protected and packaged before shipping. In the rare case something arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to replace or refund your original purchase within 7-days of delivery. Please send us a detailed note, and one image of the damaged or defective product to email@example.com. No returns or refunds will be permitted after the 7-day delivery date.
